If you are a Veteran who wants to improve the VA, BAC provides an opportunity for you to give input to Veterans Affairs leadership about your experiences as a VA healthcare user.
Veterans have the opportunity to make substantive contributions by providing feedback on their personal VA healthcare experience and receive compensation for doing so! Participation is voluntary. Your decision to participate or not will not affect your VA benefits. All information will be kept confidential in accordance with federal regulations.
